London bound
at the end of the slip road take the first exit left.
At the next roundabout, take the third exit.
Stay in the left hand lane.
At next roundabout, take first exit, towards Borstal - B2097
Take the first right after approx 200 meters into Laker Road.
Go past Bookers Cash & Carry on your left.
You will then go past "Vent Master", turn left immediately after Vent Master through a set of black gates.
We are at Unit 8.

Coast Bound
